| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished, click on ‘checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. | Delivery Schedule Delivery is charged on a per order basis and will be advised when the order is placed. Please contact us if you have any queries concerning the cost of delivery. Our basic delivery charge if £4.95, however additional charges will be made for furniture and if you require the items to be assembled upon delivery. Your order will be processed upon receipt, when you place an order we will send an email to confirm that we have received it. Once payment has been processed, and stock permitting, your orders will usually be despatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 to 10 working days. In the event of an item temporarily being out of stock we will notify you of the delay and arrange delivery as soon as possible. For larger items, like furniture delivery generally take longer. Some ranges come with a home assembly, please enquire with your order. Goods will only be despatched once full payment has been received and cleared. |

If you wish to return any of the items you have ordered then please do as with in 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange. Please note that goods returned must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition with the delivery note. When returning the goods we recommend that you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.
